Next local Yoga instructor Shawna York will lead you through an amazing morning flow sure to give your soul the recharge its been thirsting for! Refreshments and brunch served after yoga for the full farm experience! This is the perfect opportuinty to grab a friend and take the morning to refresh and reset.
